As for the movie itself: the only Tarantino movie better than Kill Bill is Pulp Fiction, but I prefer Kill Bill because it has such an awesome mix of heartfelt moments, great music, over-the-top action scenes, and memorable dialogue. You have to go into Vol. 1 expecting lots of blood and unnecessary violence and appreciate that it's a homage.
